Job Description
Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the following
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Review current standards and policies
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Facilitate coaching and training to lacking agents
- Develop Quality Metrics and implement metrics
- Ensure or maintain agent performance levels
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- At least 2 years experience in Quality Assurance in the Call Center Industry
- Bachelors of Communications/Human Resources/Business Management
