Job Description
Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account/project assignment.
- Transactions can be related to client inquiries, technical and product support.
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate processing and resolution of customer concerns and requests.
- Answer calls, chat and/or email from customers promptly.
- May handle claims, process management and order management.
Minimum Qualifications
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1-yr experience in Customer Service in BPO industry is required. Experience in e-commerce accounts preferred but not required.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Technical knowledge (computer and internet) is required, including strong ability in internet navigation, Google drive, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong prioritization and task management skills, with great sense of flexibility
- Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
