Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Sales  

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account/project assignment.
• Transactions can be related to client inquiries, technical and product support.
• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate processing and resolution of customer concerns and requests.
• Answer calls, chat and/or email from customers promptly.
• May handle claims, process management and order management.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 1-yr experience in Customer Service in BPO industry is required. Experience in e-commerce accounts preferred but not required.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Technical knowledge (computer and internet) is required, including strong ability in internet navigation, Google drive, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong prioritization and task management skills, with great sense of flexibility
• Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
