Job Description
- Ability to supervise 3-4 kitchen staff,
- In-charge of plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities,
- Plan menus and ensure food to up-keep high-quality standards,
- Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty food, such as dim sum and Chinese cuisine and create decorative food displays
- Instruct kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food,
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Food and Beverage Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tacloban City: Ormoc and Abucay
