Job Description
- Create Test Cases/Scenarios in compliance with defined QA standards and methodologies.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Collaborate with Project Manager to understand system requirements, use cases, and performance considerations
- Review manual test cases for the relevant application and provide feedback on suitability for automation to the QA Lead.
- Identify and categorize internal and external customer product feedback into defects, issues, or enhancements
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or any relevant University Degree
- Solid Knowledge in an Agile/Scrum and Software Development Lifecycle SDLC and STLC
- Expert knowledge of software QA methodologies, automated testing tools, and processes
- Application (Functional and Regression) Testing
- Knowledge in JIRA a plus
- Self-motivated and proactively searches for opportunities to learn
- Experienced in Release Management, Triage bugs for build release cycle, and production readiness including updating the release documents
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as a team member in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
- Can cope with fast-paced environments, deployment cycles, and tight deadlines
