Job Description

The HR system administrator is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the Global Human Capital Management (HCM) system at CWT. The primary responsibilities include creating and assigning security roles, creating elements, flex fields, actions/ action reasons, defining/ editing work flows etc. in the system. They work closely with the HCM supplier technical support team to provide resolutions to technical issues and system bugs. In collaboration with the HCM supplier, the role would also own scheduled outages/ maintenance activities and release upgrades.

Main responsibilities & duties:

  • Responsible for the functional HR system usage and maintenance.
  • Deliver services (both transactional and support) from the portfolio of services to internal customers (managers and employees) within agreed service levels.
  • Involve the global process owners and global leader HROM to seek approvals on changing workflows or creating roles.
  • Create and assign roles to users.
  • Change workflows across all the different modules of the system.
  • Act as tier 1 contact for all users/ user communities to receive the inquiries pertaining to back-end/ configuration changes in the system.
  • Create elements in the system e.g. Compensation & Benefits elements, learning courses, recruitment sources, vendors, learning resources etc.
  • Create and publish reports, solve FBL issues.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
  • Escalate in accordance with guidelines and ensure tracking and follow through to resolution.
  • For technical aspects e.g. creating reports or correcting data structures, the team would escalate the queries to the administration support team.
  • For system bugs, the team will work with Oracle's Support team.
  • As a member of the HR Service Centre provide outstanding customer service to all internal (and external) customers including any 3rd parties.
