Job Description
- Manage a pipeline report for new loan submissions.
- Review submission package for completeness and input all required fields in an accurate and timely manner.
- Follow-up on required information and/or documentation needed for loan processing.
- Perform quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with investor and agency requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course;
- NO experience required;
- Strong organizing and data management skills;
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to details and excellent problem solving skills;
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules;
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
