Job Description
- Provide feedback to case monitors or case intake associate
- Ensure corrections are made as per process.
- Identify clinically relevant information missing from case report and facilitate its collection
- Work with Case Processing Associates and Medical reviewers to improve Quality
- To respond queries raised by the case processors and provide adequate feedback
Minimum Qualifications
- MUST be a US and Philippine Registered Nurse
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- With or without Clinical experience
- Willing to work on shifting schedules from Mondays to Fridays
