Inventory Specialist  

• Work directly with management to bring them up to date regarding stock inflow and outflow
• Budget forecasting, planning and execution for supply chain management
• Routine Cycle counts on Finished Goods and Raw Materials
• Identification of All Products (Finished Goods, WIP, Packaging)
• Enter data on parts held by the company and those shipped to other organizations into relevant databases
• Recognize and resolve quantity discrepancies, make quantity reports, create request tickets as needed, and prepare extensive quantitative statements that help with inventory control duties
• Assure optimum inventory levels without having to invest too much
• Make suppliers deliver in full and on time
• Check completeness and accuracy of product setup on Amazon/other marketplaces and solve any related issues
• Reconcile any discrepancies with suppliers pertaining to shipment and solve accordingly
• Reconcile any discrepancies with Amazon and all other marketplaces and have refunds processed accordingly
• Routine Cycle counts on Finished Goods and Raw Materials

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced English Written and Reading skills required
• Stable internet connection (at least 3mbps); back-up must be ready
• Working computer capable of multi-tasking and handling all the software required for work; back-up must be ready
• Power outages must be almost nil; back-up must be ready

COMMITMENT

• The qualified candidate/s must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Willing to install and use time-tracking software during work hours
