Job Description
- Answer telephone calls and take messages from telephone callers whenever necessary or appropriate, pass on or follow up on such messages promptly and efficiently.
- Assist visiting clients regarding their queries.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide secretarial support to our affiliated companies.
- Document control and administration.
- Ensure courier services and schedules of freelance people are organized and coordinated.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of clerical and/or administrative work experience.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office applications.
- Proficient in Email and Google Suite is a plus or at least Google mail and calendar.
- Reliable, flexible, keen to details, and well-organized at work.
