Job Description
- Can conduct trainings and facilitate outdoor/indoor modules
- Able to design a sales training modules/program
- Knows post program analysis
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through consultation with line managers and subordinates
- Can offer a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectivity
- Manage training budget
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong presence & character
- Dynamic, well rounded & public speaker
- Motivational speaker as a skill is priority
- High achievements and credentials that are verifiable
- Team building facilitator experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Analytical, Physically fit and healthy
- Athletic is an advantage
- At least 2 years of training experience in real estate, insurance or any field
