Job Description
- Supervise the safety, security and maintenance of the whole property.
- Assess the manpower need of the property.
- Handle concerns and queries of the home owners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
