Job Description
- Must be College degree In Psychology.
- Experience: Open for fresh graduate or least with 1-year work experience.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Should have a high level of problem-solving skills
- Familiar with the recruitment process and able to deliver results on time
- possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Prepare and post ads for job openings, screen applicants, arrange interviews, participate in the selection process for the appropriate candidate and administer pre-employment exams.
- Provides overall support to the company administration through different functions such as preparing forms and reports, arranging and coordinating meetings with management and staff.
- Process and maintains confidential documents, and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Advise company employees about benefit administration and leave management.
- Administer and monitors company orientation for newly hired employees including employee benefits and salary records.
- Updates employee records status regularly and on time.
- Assist in monitoring procedures for performance appraisal.
- Monitors employees attendance monthly and prepare memos.
- In the absence of the HR Manager he/she will handle issues and inquiries, supply information to job applicants, employees, and department heads.
