The Account Director responsibilities include:
- Lead a client account, or set of accounts, within the agency, ensuring that they are profitable, and growing.
- Take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets the client’s needs and addresses their business problems, and must champion that work.
- Effectively manage their own team, and their ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency.
- Be involved with pitches for new business, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least eight (8) years experience
- Graduate of a Business, Marketing, or Communications course
- Commercially and creatively astute
- Excellent negotiator
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Commercially and creatively astute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Warm, friendly personality
