- Cut and trim meat from larger, wholesale portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts.
- They then prepare meat for sale by performing various duties, such as weighing meat, wrapping it, and putting it out for display.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Cert., Bachelor's Degree in F&B Service Management or equivalent;
- Male;
- Knowledgeable in cleaning and cutting various types of meat/poultry/fish in large quantity;
- Experience in working as a butcher is required;
