Job Description
The Program Associate assists in overall Program Implementation & Communication functions & promote activities and concerns in order to help achieving the overall objectives of the Corporate Social Responsibility of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of CORE CSR related programs and activities.
- Responsible for raising awareness of CSR project both internally and externally through regular updates of communication across all medium (FB, Tweeter, YouTube, Bulletin Board, CSR Report, website or any available medium.
- Prepares documents and releases necessary report such as progress and/or completion report for documentation, archiving and communication effort. Documentation report includes photography, video and other proprietary materials developed for the project.
- Prepares cost estimates, documentation and monitoring of program/activities budget and expenditure.
- Ensures safekeeping of CORE’s documents and contents which includes PR/Media materials, contracts, photography, video, reports and other related files.
- Coordinates with third party supplier and SBP which includes MSD, GSD, Admin, Corporate Communications and HR in the implementation of CORE’s CSR programs and projects.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate preferably on Social Development, Marketing & PR, Business or Communications courses
- With at least 2 years relevant experience
- Loves travelling and willing to render overtime
Training/Skills Requirement
- Excellent presentation skill
- Excellent communication, oral and written skills
- Good interpersonal skill
- Project Management but not compulsory
- Basic social development courses (for non- SD candidates)
