Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for generating targeted maximum sales for the organization in order to achieve target figures.
Sales Generation and Business Development
- Prepare annual marketing plan directed towards maintaining and increasing predetermined levels of revenue.
- Participate in the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Oversee overall management, planning and controls of the business the department; including successful delivery of all marketing initiatives.
- Set annual sales goals and develop working plans to carry out the goals within a time frame. Compare actual achievements against goals periodically, and analyzes variances and takes necessary corrective measures.
- Enhance operational systems, processes and policies in support of productivity improvement, cost savings, and/or increase revenue generation.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market; competitor’s share, competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing market share.
- Supervises development, implementation, tracking and optimization of company’s digital marketing campaigns and across all channels.
- Keep management informed by preparing marketing and sales reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.
- Decide on negotiated rates and concessions, as needed.
- Prepare and proposal letters and contracts, as needed.
- In-charge of all marketing activities including attendance in local and international events, preparation of press release, marketing material, give-a-ways, and the like,
- Overall accountability of training, development and mentoring direct reports to provide opportunities for skills expansion and career development.
- Maintain an updated maligning list of clients and prospective clients, and conducts regular sales call on major accounts and suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing Management, Business Management or other closely related field.
- Preferably with 6-8 years related work experience.
- Must have previous experience working independently in Managerial capacity.
- Must have work experience in Digital Marketing and Community Management. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on online marketing and measurement. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality of service and able to achieve sales targets with previous successful experience.
- May be required to travel to meet partners/suppliers and visit store operations.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Effective People Management skills.
- Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft and other providers of office suite of applications.
- Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills with strong follow-through required.
