Job Description

Greet and assist customers in making selection from the diverse range of products available.
Build customer confidence by offering them suggestions and opinions.
Give guidance and advice to customers on product selection.
Answer customer's question satisfactorily.
Explain the advantage and proper use of merchandise to customers.
Demonstrate live how merchandise works.
Know how to deal with customer complaints by attending in confidence then know how to relay this to store leader.
Quote discounts, prices, as well as trade-in allowances, credit terms, delivery dates and warranties.
Discuss quality, type and number of merchandise required for a particular purchase.
Document sales by creating and updating customer profile records / Customer Loyalty Program (CLP).
Maintains sales records for inventory control.
Should practice proper usage of stock shelves in selling area and stock room to all merchandise.
Assist in displaying merchandise.
Keep the store tidy and clean by hovering and mopping it daily.
Be on the lookout for fraudulent credit cards, shoplifter, etc.
Report problems issues, concern and discrepancies to the assigned store leader.
Contributes to team effort and target by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work with established store house rules and good practices.

Minimum Qualifications

At least High School Graduate.
With readily available requirements.
Male, at least 5'6 in height, Female, at least 5'1.
Preferably with retail sales experience.
Looks and pleasing personality are an advantage.
We accept applicants with visible body tattoos and branches.
Preferably with 6 months retail experience.
With good customer service skills.
Pro-active, with good interpersonal skills.
Can start immediately.
