Job Description
- Responsible for assisting members of the technical and sales team with a number of administrative tasks
- Completes and prepares documents for billings, contracts, policies, invoices or checks
- Maintains client database, compile, copy, sort and file records of activities and business transactions
- Monitors monthly orders and sales of the Department
- Performs general program and specific clerical functions
- Provides purchase orders
- Assists with the preparation of formal bid documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Sales/Administrative Support or equivalent;
- Must have background in Security System, Fire Detection and Alarm System and Building Management System;
- Has ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions;
- Computer literate.
