Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Financial
1.Drives and motivates Store Head to hit the sales target of all stores in assigned mall/s or cluster.
2.Responsible for monitoring the proper implementation of control measures to minimize expenses such as store utilities, supplies, and the like.
Customer
3.Conducts store audit in their assigned mall/s or cluster to make sure Store Head delivers standard customer service consistently.
4.Coordinates with SBU-Visual Merchandiser for store audit and monitors its compliance.
5.Supports Store Head to ensure that their respective Store DNAs are preserved.
6.Monitors marketing initiatives in assigned mall/s or cluster to ensure that Store Head complies.
Internal Process
7.Supervises replenishment requests of Store Head are properly logged and appropriately timed.
8.Monitors daily reports of all assigned stores for sudden peaks and dips in sales performance or for extraordinary circumstances and events, as well as inventory levels; submits weekly report to Area Head.
Learning and Growth
9.In-charge of work schedule of Sales Associates and ensures that all stores have completed manpower plantilla.
10.Implements required orientation for store personnel in their cluster and ensure they are adequately trained, and updated with latest information.
11.Supports Store Head to ensure that execution or use of Corporate-sponsored technology is done without problems (liaise with head office like IT, Merchandising, HR, etc.) & complies with the POS standard operating procedures.
12.Monitors all reports, requests, on-going works on infrastructure and liaises with head office departments and or malls to make sure they are timely addressed.
13.Keeps abreast with new product lines in the market and canvasses competitors regularly for pricing and merchandising trends.
Others
14.Carry out work/duties in line with approved Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Approval Matrix.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year related course;
- With relevant experience of at least two years;
- Willing to do mainly field work with regular office work
