Job Description
The Brand Executive oversees the performance and manages the merchandising, marketing, and operations of assigned brand/s to ensure the attainment of sales and marketing objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate the business plan for assigned brand/s including but not limited to the sales, marketing, merchandising objectives, programs, and budgets
- Attend global conferences, product launches, meetings with principals
- Lead product selection for season buys and merchandise mix
- Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of brand and inventory level to achieve optimum sales to inventory ratio
- Correspond regularly with principals/suppliers on brand concerns including FOBs and MOQs; prepares and submits brand reports and updates as required by principals
- Scout market for viable distribution, monitor the performance of doors and recommend appropriate actions on doors
- Conceptualize, implement, and evaluate marketing activities to promote the brand, product, and door awareness.
- Coordinate with advertising/PR agencies for communication and advertising requirements and monitor the same.
- Prepare brand presentation materials and conduct brand/product orientation to concerned parties, both internal and external.
- Conduct training for store people including brand and product to help overall performance of staff
- Keep abreast with new brands and trends in the market and observe competitors regularly for pricing and new product lines
- Recommend sales programs to further improve sales performance and motivate sales people
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of 4-year course, preferably Marketing
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
