Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Staff is responsible in maintaining inventory and helps accounting and operations on the update of parts and supplies for our installation, maintenance and repair procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updates the stocks available in the inventory records.
- Updates and generates monthly inventory report based on complete documents.
- Facilitates quarterly spot counting and annual counting of inventories.
- Ensures that all transactions related to the inventory are all properly documented.
- Supervises the receiving and issuance of stocks.
- Reconciles with the accounting department regularly regarding inventory.
- Coordinates with the operation department regarding the status of inventory.
- Monthly physical count of all stocks.
- Prepares inventory report.
- Monitors stock levels for all inventories and coordinates stock requirements with Production, Purchasing and Sales Departments.
- Ensures that all documents (JO, WS, IAF, SO) related to inventory movements are properly recorded in the period applicable.
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required : Graduate of any related business course, preferably Accounting
Experience Required : At least 6 months to 1 year work experience in any related field
License/Certificate Required : N/A

- Good interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
