Job Description
The Business Process Manager is responsible in managing transition in business processes arising from business improvement programs which are necessary to support business growth of the Company.
Manage Process Review and Change Initiatives
- Review, evaluate existing processes across the Organization
- Work with operational managers to embed changes within the business-- Identifying what changes in processes, procedures and practices are needed to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits
Manage Internal Communication
- Communicating with Senior Managers to keep them up to date with progress, issues and developments of the change processes and reviews
- Providing appropriate briefing to concerned parties to keep them informed about the approach and direction of programs.
- Communicating with staff affected by change to maintain morale and support for change
Measure and Monitor Benefits of Change
- Measurement and monitoring of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) affected by change
- Identifying the impact on KPIs of change and what this will mean for the business unit
Risk Management
- Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address the risks.
Performance Management
- Manage the performance evaluation of the team members.
- dentify development plan of the team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
- Has handled an ERP project using any ERP tool
- 5 years experience as a business analyst
- Preferably has BPO working experience
- Preferably with Six Sigma certification
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least three to four years of management experience
- Willing to work near DLSU, Manila
