Job Description
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Maintains human resources records/databases by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Provides job candidates for screening and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records.
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves
- Answers and directs phone calls, Maintains contact lists, Organize and schedule appointments, Plans meetings and takes detailed minutes, Writes and distributes email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, Books travel arrangements, Provides general support to visitors
- Assists in the company’s asset inventory & management
Minimum Qualifications
- Any Human Resources or Business-related course
- At least 1year relevant experience in Human Resources &/or Administration
- Knowledge of software applications including google docs/sheets/Rose Task Manager
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
