- Provides input on Store/Outlet Sales Strategies, Client Management, Hands-on Sales Functions.
- Implements approved Sales Plan through review and forecast.
- Monitors Sales, Targets, and Performance including continuous improvement and guidance to Store/Outlet Sales Team.
- Ensures Accuracy of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Store/Outlet Sales Report.
- Conducts Scheduled and On-the-Spot Store/Outlet Cash Count.
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by Superiors from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any business-related course.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Store/Oulet Sales.
- Knowledgeable in software applications; MS Office; Google Spreadsheet; ERP.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent Customer Service with keen attention to specific client needs/demands;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
