Job Description
- Coordinating activities, resources, information pertained to Creative Lab Jos
- Liaising with CL Assistant managers and supervisors to identify and define project naming convention and initiation
- Making certain that Jos is raised and tagged with a remark.
- Help monitor and map projects on the calendar of activities.
- Monitor and track JO progress on stalled and regular cases
- Act as the point of contact and communicate JO status adequately to all participants
- Use project management tools to track and evaluate working hours spend on Jos
- Issue all appropriate JO reporting and analysis
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive JO documentation
- Track Monthly SLA and KPIs within CL
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of four year course, Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising/Media/Mass Communication or Equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in Production/Project Management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Salary - 25k
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Strata
