Job Description
- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- Develop process improvements within the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Ensures continuous skill and product knowledge development of the sales executives. Perform assessments, provide feedbacks and address areas for improvements with appropriate programs.
- In charge of trade shows/conventions/events planning including updating presentation software files, tracking expenses and communicating with internal/external service providers.
- Communicate throughout the whole organization the objectives of the Sales and Marketing Department to promote the participation and support of other departments.
- Set appropriate controls within the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing changes as needed.
- Specialize in product presentations and training related to Orthospec, Radialspec, Slimspec, Eurology & Nephrology and Cardio / Critical Care product.
- Establish new accounts for Orthospec, Radialspec and Slimspec with health institutions and follow-up on these accounts.
- Do a physical follow-up of all marketed products to the clients.
- · Do other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four year course, preferably medical allied courses like Nursing
- At least 1 year solid experience in product demonstration/Training
- Knowledgeable in medical field especially in medical supplies and equipment
