Job Description
- Stock Reconciliation & Inventory Management/Inventory Accountant
- Needs to be a CPA that has worked in supply chain accounting.
- Monitor stock in/out of installers warehouses
- Communicate with installers in relation to stock levels, both providing information and requesting information
- Reconcile stock as required (monthly/quarterly) across the entire company and by specific warehouses
- Cross-reference invoices with proof of deliveries
- Liaise with logistics manager in the office to ensure all stock is ordered in time for each relevant installation
- Provide 28-day stock forecast
- Every single serial number of every product that comes in and out (installed)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, preferably CPA
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience in doing inventory for an outsourced company or client
- Full understanding of Inventory Cycle
- Adept with online / cloud-based tools for Inventory
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel and CRM;s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication English
