Job Description
- Motivate & work with distributor sales force to set sales and accounts sold goals weekly, creating a pro-active management style, documenting daily results.
- Manage brands versus goal update results weekly
- Call on, and provide high level service support to, key off –premise accounts (Super markets and convenience stores)
- Strong account and distributor management skills involving cross divisional contact with all levels of management
- Work with sales force to develop effective management and sale personnel incentive programs in order to obtain desired objectives.
- Develop timely sales reports and ROI on specific marketing and trade efforts
- Deliver sales forecasting per region, short and long-term.
- Participate in quarterly and year end distributor business reviews with select senior management.
- Survey the market; know and understand primary competition and how they are situated within the market.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years of sales experience (preferably in FMCG business)

Experience in Alcohol & Beverages is an advantage

Must be a College Graduate (any course)

Must have managerial experience
