Job Description
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
- Determine customers' financial services needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
- Prepare forms or agreements to complete sales.
- Sell services or equipment, such as trusts or loans processing services.
- Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available services.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 6 months BPO experience
- With good communication skills
- Willing to handle a financial account
- Willing to work on a shifting/nightshift schedules
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
- 20-23K Package + Incentives up to 11-20K
- With HMO plus 1 dependent, 20 leaves per year, 2RD & 20% ND
- Can start ASAP
