Job Description

The Accounting and Financial Supervisor is responsible for monitoring all financial data and preparing accurate statements for the company. He/she is also tasked for budgeting, management of tax payments and performing internal audits. He/she will act as a consultant for senior managers, conducting cost and revenues analyses. Ultimately, He/she will ensure all our accounting transactions comply with the law and support our company’s investments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Forecast costs and revenues
  • Manage tax payments
  • Organize internal audits
  • Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
  • Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
  • Analyze financial trends
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain and update Payroll information
  • Monitoring of bank accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or any relevant course
  • Must have a proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
  • Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • Must have in-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
  • Must possess solid knowledge of accounting regulations
  • Must have excellent math skills with an attention to detail
  • Must have strong analytical and planning skills
  • Must have good communication and presentation skills
  • Time-management abilities
  • Confidentiality
  • Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
  • Willing to start ASAP
