Job Description

The Community Manager will be the one to manage the front desk on a daily basis and will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Gives access to clients of GreatWork Office.
  • Provides administrative support to GreatWork tenants.
  • Oversees and assists in the use of equipment and amenities of GreatWork.
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications; maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
  • Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
  • Act as GreatWork Marketer by posting and answering inquiries
  • In charge of keys for lockers, shower room, utility cabinet, and server room.
  • Organizes the daily and weekly conference room and meeting room calendar.
  • Assists the Senior Relations Manager in daily tasks.
  • Sets up video conferencing.
  • Shifts reporting (finance and client relations reporting to be compiled by Senior Relation Manager)
  • Assist visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings as needed
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Mass Communication and other related courses
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able build rapport with customers.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to handle information professionally and confidentially.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
  • Portfolio management skills.
  • Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Complex commercial credit underwriting experience.
