Job Summary
The Corporate Office Leasing Manager shall be in-charge of the overall lead generation for the whole Office Leasing Team to ensure maximum space occupancy of the various projects in PRIME’s portfolio. He/she is responsible to recommend effective marketing strategies and networking activities as wells as for researching market comparable to be able to provide the best and professional advice to its various clients
Duties and Responsibilities
- Solely in-charge of lead generation for the whole Office Leasing Team to ensure maximum space occupancy of the various projects in PRIME’s portfolio
- Oversees and monitors the performance of all associates under his/her wing
- Directly negotiates with tenants based on the lease terms and conditions approved by the company
- Responsible for researching market comparable and come up with a recommendation to help the company get the best lease terms and conditions
- Collect and review documents/requirements submitted by the client
- Aggressively network with and talk to new and existing clients and maintain a good and harmonious relationship with them
- Recommend effective marketing strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing activities for projects under PRIME’s portfolio
- Regularly conducts site visits the properties for lease
- Provide the best and professional advice to its various clients
- Follow the latest trends and news in real estate world
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related course
- With Master's Degree in Business Management or any related course have an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in Leasing is preferred
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in English language and has excellent communication skills
- Has strong sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills
- Must be a strategic thinker and has strong analytical skills
- Pleasing and pleasant personality
- Must have knowledge of the real estate trends and industry
- Experience in Real Estate and Property business selling
- Work with a high level of integrity at all times
