Job Description

Roles and Responsibilties:

  • Create and enforce a handbook containing the company policies, rules, and regulations and the code of conduct.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies in order to attract the best and most suitable applicants for the various positions available.
  • Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process: from sourcing, interviewing, background checking to onboarding.
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Responsible for conducting the performance appraisal of the employees and must ensure that the process supports and protects the company.
  • Ensures that all the employees are well-motivated and engaged by organizing different events and activities and by maintaining and creating benefits programs in line with the needs and wants of the employees.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Issue incident reports, notices and memorandum and impose proper sanctions for the enforcement of employee discipline.
  • Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Plan and develop training and development programs that would support the employee’s existing and future needs.
  • Follow the latest real estate trends and be updated.
  • Equip and represent the company values at all times.
  • Perform related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in working as an HR professional.
  • Has had prior experience in different functions of HR (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Law & Legal Compliance, etc.)
  • Has great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has an advanced understanding of the business of the industry.
  • Degree holder, with courses related to Human Resources.
  • Willing to report onsite.
