- Prepares and processes Purchase Orders upon completion of any or call of the following:
- Upon getting three quotes from, at least, 3 suppliers.
- Upon receipt of completely signed Requisition Slip.
- Upon receipt of completely signed General Advance Request Form.
- Upon receipt of completely signed CAPEX Sanction Form for items to be capitalized.
- Accredits suppliers based on price, quality, service, terms and warranty. Follows the procedures in accrediting suppliers.
- Resolves problems and issues on purchasing.
- Prepares and maintains a complete filing system for all Pos issued, records and reports.
- Determines and develops suppliers for office supplies, packaging items, office and laboratory equipment, machines, etc.
- Maintains good working relationships with local and foreign suppliers.
- Prepares and reviews bid documents and makes recommendations on what to purchase.
- Prepares the documents for awarding of projects.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the Finance and Administration Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Can distribute purchased supplies properly.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bo. Bagumbayan,Tanyag.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
