Job Description
- Handle directly the recruitment, selection and hiring process for direct hires and contracted workers.
- Safe keep and regularly update sensitive and confidential data and files like:
- Handles enquiries of the employees and contracted workers and provide them with proper information.
- Handles unposted payments on SSS loan and Philheath Premiums
- Prepare the documents for employees’ separation pays.
- Prepare the documents to effect the changes in employee benefits such as Personnel Action Notice (PAN); change in employee status such as BIR 2305, etc.
- Coordinate with the payroll service provider the preparation of payroll by providing the payroll instructions and answering to queries.
- Coordinate with the bank the opening, crediting, and deletion of payroll accounts and coordinate some incident reports.
- Coordinate, process and follow-ups on employees’ benefits such as:
- Coordinate with the agencies such as:
- Monitor the attendance of the employees such as:
- Plan and develop corporate activities such outings, sports activities that will promote employees’ well being.
- Trainings and Seminars:
- Provide administrative support such as follows:
- Keep up with current labor issues and matters.
- Oversee office management such as follows:
- Coordinate and updates on messenger’s daily liaison works.
- Coordinate, process and follow-ups on service vehicle concerns such as:
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Psychology or equivalent. Required language(s): English
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bagumbayan,Tanyag,Taguig City. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
