Job Description
The Assistant Human Resources Manager is involved in a number of areas of human resources including:
- recruitment/ new hire process
- payroll and benefits administration and maintenance of records
The position calls for good writing skills to disseminate company communications, and an analytical mind is needed to give recommendations on different cases regarding staffing and personnel matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Psychology or related degree
- At least 3 year(s) experience in HR and Administrative work, including payroll management
- Computer literate
- Flexible, organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Highly dependable and trustworthy.
