UI/UX Designer  

As an integral part of the tech team, you will manage all activities, projects and implementation for UI/UX functions within product growth and development to make sure our product users have the best experience possible. You are expected to work alongside various departments and present findings and initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate all data needed to keep improving UI & UX
• Translate business requirements into tangible user interface (UI/UX) proposals
• Based on data, create the concept and all visual needed (user journey, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, etc) that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Coordinate with related team (dev, product, etc) to materialize the concept into a working product
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Do regular testing and validation to get fresh feedback regarding UI/UX
• Iteratively, keep improving the UI & UX based on the fresh data

• Creative thinking, proactive, and initiative
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and manage work to meet project deadline
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience designing usable mobile and/or web-based interfaces
• Experience working in an team in a Scrum development process
• Passion for modern, clean and incorporating latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Strong conceptual skills and ability to apply rapid prototyping
• Excellent in using a data driven approach, optimize both visual design & user experiences through A/B user testing.
• Fluent in a variety of design tools (Sketch, Axure, Marvel, Zeplin, Figma, Balsamiq, etc)
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
