Job Description
- Providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs.
- Managing the company’s general administrative activities.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have excellent written and verbal comminication skills. With ability to prioritize projects and with strong problem solving skills. With atleast 2 years of hands on administrative support experience with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, Adobe and graphic design experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or office admin assistant
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good Technology Skills; Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Adobe
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
