- Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, collect, and analyze data needed to prepare reports and documents.
- Manage and maintain the schedules, appointments, and local travel arrangements/bookings of the Executive Director (PSPI/Renewable), Commercial Director/Manager, CEO, Managing Director, and Technical Director.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute the minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, and distribute incoming communications.
- Act as the Reliever of the Admin. Officer in her absence.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate and manage interactions among all levels of the organization
