Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with the Solutions Manager to develop strategies that increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  2. Generate leads and sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research
  3. Set up meetings with potential clients
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  5. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  6. Prepare and present appropriate presentations on products and services
  7. Track and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement
  8. Building relationships with suppliers
  9. Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences
  10. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and develop sales materials and campaigns
  12. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any IT related field
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  3. Ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and partners
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  6. Ability to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills specially in the ability to present concepts and articulate business value.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  10. Fresh grads are welcome to apply!

Not required, but nice to have:

  1. At least 1-2 years of relevant enterprise-scale experience in the IT industry
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex sales cycles typically defined as 3 months or longer with multiple stake-holders, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels
