Job Description
- Check Bank Deposits
- Reconcile Passbook with QB
- Checking of funding
- Approval of C.I
- Receives Cash Payment
- Checking supplies bill for collection
- Reviewing Check payments to be released to the suppliers
- Encode Petty Cash Expense from HR
- Make sure QB accounts are accurate
- Monthly Loan Payments
- Oversee Monthly Report
- Generate Monthly Payroll
- Approval of Inventory
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have Knowledge in basic Accounting
- Can communicate properly
- Sense of Strictness
- Basic Audit Skills
- Accounting / Economics or Management Graduate
- 3- 5 years Experience
