Job Description
- Conducts actual checking of invoices.
- Processes approval of purchase orders.
- Updates Delivery Department and Salesman of customer’s online payment.
- Facilitates payment of utility bills
- Counter checks suppliers prior to payment.
- Reviews details of suppliers’ checks
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably Accounting
- Fresh graduate or with 6 months related experience
