Job Description
- Supervise Recruitment of Employees
- Supervise Petty Cash
- Supervise office supplies stocks , truck or auto supplies needed in the Operations
- Preparation of Payroll every 15th and 30th
- Monitoring BIR problems (taxes)
- Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Company
- Checking Warehouse Order
- Encoding 2307 from suppliers
- Handle Petty Cash for weekly budget
- Handle BIR, Registration of LTO, different permits needed by the Company
- Interviewing of Applicants
- Time Keeping
- Manage Employees
- Conducting Employee Orientation
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science
- With 5-7 years experience in similar capacity
- With basic knowledge of Labor Code of the Philippines
- Good interpersonal skills, approachable
- Firm in implementing company rules and regulations
- Creative in coming up with HR programs to foster good employer-employee relationship
- Good organizing and coordinating skills
- Discreet in handling confidential information
- Trustworthy, Loyal, and Concern for the employees and Company
