Job Description
- Attends to sales inquiries thru phone, fax and email.
- Encodes quotations and new customer’s profile on Quickbooks
- Follows up quotations to customers.
- Conducts client visits twice a week on a 5-6 customers per week.
- Follows up with the top 20 clients at least twice a week.
- Creates sales order thru Quickbooks upon receipt of the client’s purchase order.
- Attends to customer complaints.
- Creates weekly sales report regarding updates of sales account.
- Conducts weekly sales meeting with staffs.
- Supervises and monitors the sales team’s performance.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Organizes company events, Christmas parties, summer outing, etc. (Since this is not related to Sales Manager’s function, it is recommended for this function to be transferred to HRD & Admin.

Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of Management, Marketing, Business Administration
- With 3 – 5 yrs related experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with clients
- Good motivator in dealing with subordinates
