Job Description
- Provide every day administration support including answering calls, transferring calls, proofreading, data entry, distributing incoming mails, processing outgoing mails and operating printers, fax and copiers.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentations for company policies and procedures.
- Prepare data spread sheets, charts, graphs, and other documents as required.
- Greet customers and address their requests.
- Order and stock office supplies when necessary.
- Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately.
- Report any repairs and maintenances to maintenance team.
- Maintain standard filing system for easy and quick document assess and retrieval.
- Provide technical assistance to office staffs as needed.
- Assist in software and hardware upgrades.
- Add or update workstations for office staffs.
- Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the information technology area.
- Minimum Associate degree in Computer Science or background Computer Science/Information System, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- A+ or Certification or equivalent experience
- Network +Certifiation or equivalent experience
- Experience with PC’s and Mac’s running Windows and Mac OS’s, Laser printers and other peripherals.
