- Check source documents for accuracy.
- Accurately interpret, compile, and enter data in the computer system.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as arranging letters, invoices, and other indexed documents according to an established system.
- Operate office equipment and complete general office work.
- Perform additional duties may include answering telephones and data entry.
- Maintain operations by receiving and distributing communications.
- Monitor supplies and equipment.
- Check and receive items.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with experience.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- With administrative and accounting experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to do multitasking.
- Ability to work effectively.
- Highly organized.
- Can work under pressure and result oriented.
- Willing to start immediately.
