Job Description
Will be assigned the following tasks:
- Fill up master tracker for sales, expenses, and other related information
- Files all paperwork related to sales, expenses, contracts, sales invoices, and other related documents
- Processes simple permits and documentations required for business operations such as ID, entry permits, bazaar ingress/egress forms, and many others.
- Coordinates with supervisors for activities, events, pop ups, and demos.
- Other assigned tasks in relation to the operations of the business
Minimum Qualifications
- Has strong excel skills
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written
- Has at least 1 year Administration work-related experience before
- Can follow directions
- Trust-worthy and with good moral standing
