Job Description
- Designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings and developing new ways of using existing buildings.
- Involved in construction projects from the earliest stages right through to completion.
- Producing detailed drawings.
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
- Co-ordinating the work of contractors.
- Making site visits to check on progress.
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Architecture /Civil Engineering course;
- Computer Literate;
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD any experience in floor plan layout;
- At least 2-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
