Technical Skills

  • Software Development Experience - 5 years - Experience in full​ SDLC phases/stages
  • Project Management Experience - 5 years - Headed/Managed software development projects with a minimum team of 40 people value around USD 1M
  • Business Analysis - 3 years - Had exposure as business analyst for at least 3 years
  • Developer Experience - 2 years - Minimum 2 years of experience as developer/programmer/tester – preferably using latest programming language/s
  • Preferably with PMP Certification
  • Successful project implementation using structured PM methodology - 2 years - at least 2 years of experience in delivering projects using structured PM methodology, preferably SCRUM or Agile

Job Description
  • Manage the implementation of major projects
  • Participate in proposal/contract review and negotiation with client, if necessary
  • Manage costs, schedules, deliverables to be within plan as per contract
  • Manage project team and resources to deliver all commitments as per contract
  • Manage client expectations and satisfaction on project deliverables
  • Ensure that all project documentations are updated (plans, reports, etc)
  • Meet the set project metrics (CVI, SPI, etc) for assigned projects
  • Timely escalation of project issues and propose resolution strategies/measures
  • Business Development activities such as client presentation,
  • proposal preparation, reviews and bid management
