Job Description
- Manage the implementation of major projects
- Participate in proposal/contract review and negotiation with client, if necessary
- Manage costs, schedules, deliverables to be within plan as per contract
- Manage project team and resources to deliver all commitments as per contract
- Manage client expectations and satisfaction on project deliverables
- Ensure that all project documentations are updated (plans, reports, etc)
- Meet the set project metrics (CVI, SPI, etc) for assigned projects
- Timely escalation of project issues and propose resolution strategies/measures
- Business Development activities such as client presentation,
- proposal preparation, reviews and bid management
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Software Development Experience - 5 years - Experience in full SDLC phases/stages
- Project Management Experience - 5 years - Headed/Managed software development projects with a minimum team of 40 people value around USD 1M
- Business Analysis - 3 years - Had exposure as business analyst for at least 3 years
- Developer Experience - 2 years - Minimum 2 years of experience as developer/programmer/tester – preferably using latest programming language/s
- Preferably with PMP Certification
- Successful project implementation using structured PM methodology - 2 years - at least 2 years of experience in delivering projects using structured PM methodology, preferably SCRUM or Agile
Non-Technical Skills (Advance Proficiency Level)
