Job Description
- Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development
- Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
- Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
- Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
- Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
- Hi Key responsibilities:
- As Scrum Master, will take on the facilitation, coaching and leadership responsibilities that make Scrum development possible, by:
- Facilitating the daily stand-up
- Setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
- Walking the product owner through more technical user stories
- Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with the following:
- Java Web
- Web Services: Spring, New APIs, REST Services
- Persistence: JPA/Hibernate
- DB: Oracle, Barebone SQL
- Building system: Maven
- Continuous Integration: Jenkins
- Continuous Delivery: Docker
- Infrastructure as a Service
- Others tools: JIRA, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Sonar, JMeter, Robot Framework, Fitness, PractiTest
The scrum master must be technical
His background must be in Java
He must have worked in Agile projects
